Sales & Logistics Coordinator – Skopje (Toys Division)

Solution D is expanding its activities in North Macedonia, with a focus on the toys segment.

We are looking for an organized, practical and reliable person for the role of Sales & Logistics Coordinator, someone who can keep daily operations, communication and logistics moving efficiently.

This role combines coordination, communication and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys dynamic work and taking responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily communication with clients, suppliers and partners
• Processing and tracking orders
• Supporting sales activities and offers
• Organizing and monitoring deliveries
• Preparing invoices and related documentation
• Managing stock and inventory records
• Maintaining and updating the client database
• Supporting daily operational activities

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is comfortable with digital tools and systems
• Can manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Takes responsibility and follows things through
• Has experience in sales, logistics or administration (preferred, not required)

Driving license (Category B) is required.
